Usage & Replacement Guidance
Monitor system backpressure during operation. A gradual pressure rise indicates filter loading.
To replace the filter disc:
Reduce system pressure to atmospheric
Disconnect the inline filter holder
Remove and discard the used filter disc
Insert a new disc and reconnect
The holder accepts any PEEK‑encased filter disc measuring ¼ inch OD × 1⁄16 inch thick, allowing flexibility in porosity selection if method requirements change.
